Rathje Woodward LLC was a proud sponsor of the 2022 Erick David Smith (EDS) Memorial Golf Outing at Tamarack Golf Club in Naperville. Erick served as Philanthropy and Recruitment Chairmen for Phi Delta Theta during his years studying Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The yearly golf outing funds the EDS Memorial Scholarship given to a University of Illinois student each year that possess Erick’s passions and values: loyalty, honor, and the determination to help those less fortunate than himself. The recipient is awarded $1,000 directly toward tuition in Erick’s memory. If you wish to apply, or if you have any questions, please direct those to phideltuiuc@gmail.com. You do not need to plan on pledging a fraternity to apply for this scholarship.
The EDS Memorial Scholarship fund is a fully accredited 501 (c)(3) organization and donations made directly through the U of I website are tax deductible.
