The firm is pleased to announce that the Associated Colleges of Illinois has elected Therese King Nohos to its Board of Trustees. ACI is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing liberal arts and science education and helping underserved students succeed in college and beyond. ACI consists of 25 member institutions, including Therese’s alma mater, Benedictine University.
“Mine was the first generation in my family to attend college,” says Therese. “As immigrants, my parents simply didn’t have the same educational opportunities that Benedictine afforded me. I’m honored to further the mission of these institutions so they remain accessible to future underserved students.”
Therese joined Rathje Woodward earlier this year and focuses her practice on advising higher education institutions and litigation.
