Matt concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients from around the world ranging from individuals to multinational corporations in matters of contract disputes, anti-trust, partnership breakups, and professional malpractice actions.
Matt received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University after which he was awarded a two-year, post-graduate Fulbright Fellowship. Matt then earned his J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was captain of the John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team.
