Elizabeth Bidwill joined Rathje Woodward with a wide range of litigation experience. Prior to joining Rathje Woodward, Elizabeth was a labor and employment attorney for the United States Army in both Colorado and Alabama. She successfully represented the U.S. Army in federal litigation before administrative courts and advised senior military commanders on complex legal issues. She also received the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service for her government service. She later gained additional litigation experience in private practice, focusing on civil rights and employment law. Elizabeth has experience in state courts in both Illinois and Colorado.
While in law school, Elizabeth served as both Office Manager and as a clinical student for the Veterans Legal Support Center & Clinic where she assisted veterans in obtaining their benefits. She also helped draft an amicus curiae brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of the Snyder v. Phelps petitioner.
