Toni LoCasto joined Rathje Woodward LLC in 2016, bringing over two decades of experience as a Firm Administrator. In her role, she is involved in all aspects of firm administration, including personnel, finance, technology, facilities, and marketing. She is instrumental in helping Rathje Woodward meet its overall goals, including providing top tier legal services to its clients.
As Firm Administrator, Toni oversees RW’s marketing strategy relating to print and digital communications, social media, as well as the hosting and sponsorship of events. She is also responsible for recruiting, benefits and compensation, and supervision of the firm’s accounting department.
Toni’s strong organizational skills, identification of process efficiencies, and dedication to team building has helped to develop a culture where employees and attorneys thrive. With the aid of her energetic management style, Rathje Woodward meets the needs of its clients.
Nicole Winters

With over fifteen years of experience, Nicole is the firm’s Paralegal Supervisor and Senior Litigation Paralegal. She collectively works with attorneys in all stages of litigation. Specifically, Nicole has actively participated in dozens of trials with a variety of the firm’s litigators. Nicole is highly skilled in eDiscovery management, trial technology, and efiling procedures.
In her role as Paralegal Supervisor, Nicole manages a team of paralegals, which includes case/project management, training, and mentorship. Nicole’s experience and dedication to the firm makes her a valuable asset to Rathje Woodward and its clients.
