Mark Daniel has been a partner with Rathje & Woodward, LLC since 1999. His primary areas of practice relate to land use, municipal and government law, as well as trial and appellate litigation for private and public sector clients. Mark represents many clients in real estate, commercial, corporate and civil rights litigation. He also advises clients on copyright and trademark registration and litigation. Mark has served as municipal counsel for a number of municipalities. Mark began his career with the Cincinnati firm of Dinsmore & Shohl.
